Baby Glow is responsible for processing personal data as reflected in this privacy policy.

Baby Glow processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

First and last name
Phone number
Email address
Address information (for on-site appointments)
Payment details
Data related to the pregnancy (such as due date)
Other information you provide voluntarily (for example, via email or WhatsApp)

3. Special and/or sensitive personal data.

Our services focus on (expectant) parents. We do not process special personal data such as medical data with a medical purpose.

Please note that a pretecho is not a medical procedure. Any information you share about your pregnancy will be used only to conduct the appointment and not for medical purposes.

4. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Baby Glow processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Scheduling and executing appointments
Processing payments
Contact as needed for service delivery
Supplying products (such as gender reveal items)
Meeting legal obligations (such as record keeping)

Processing is based on:

Execution of an agreement
Legal obligation
Consent (e.g., for use of visual material)

5. Retention periods

Baby Glow stores your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected.

Administrative data: up to 7 years (legal requirement)
Contact information: as long as needed for customer relationship
Echo images: up to 60 days (as stated in the terms and conditions)

After these periods, data are deleted.

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

Baby Glow only provides personal data to third parties when necessary for the performance of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.

We never sell your information to third parties.

7. Cookies or similar techniques

Baby Glow’s website may use functional and analytical cookies to ensure the proper functioning and improvement of the website.

If applicable:

Cookies are not used to track your behavior on other websites
You can disable cookies through your browser settings
Echo images: up to 60 days (as stated in the terms and conditions)

10. Images

Ultrasound images and any photo or video footage will be exclusively:

Shared with you after the appointment
Used for promotion after explicit permission

When used for promotion, images are always processed anonymously.

Baby Glow reserves the right to change this privacy policy. The most current version is always available through the website.
